SINOPSIS MUSIM

  - musim  2016 2017 , lebih kurang 3-4 tahun lepas,Conte dilantik untuk menstabilkan bahtera Chelsea yg dilihat hampir karam pada tahun sebelumnya, selepas no.10 di EPL dan krisis bergelora dalam pasukan.

- Conte membeli Kante, Luiz, Alonso dan Batshuayi pada musim panas dan melepaskan Mikel , Ivanovic dan Oscar pada musim sejuk 2017 dan tidak menyambung loan Pato dan Falcao yg Flop pada musim sbelumnya.

- Conte bermula garang dgn menang 3 game EPL pertamanya , namun tewas 2x dan seri 1x pada 3 perlawanan seterusnya, Conte melakukan inovasi dgn menukar kepada Formasi kegemarannya di Juventus dan Itali iaitu 3-4-3 dgn Cahill-Luiz-Azpi menjadi back 3 dan Alonso dan Moses menjadi WingBack. Ternyata formula ini menjadi dan Conte menang 26 perlawanan dari 31 di EPL skaligus menjulang EPL.

- Diego Costa menjadi topScorer dgn 22 gol ( 20 EPL gol ) diikuti Hazard dgn 17 gol ( 16 EPL gol ). Musim ini diingati dgn persaraan JT, dan JT diberi penghormatan pada perlawanan terakhir  musim EPL vs Sunderland pada minit ke-26 dgn kedua2 pasukan memberi standing ovation pada Terry.

- N'Golo Kanté , berusia 25  tahun , tika Conte Berjaya memujuk Kante untuk menyertai Chelsea sebagai antara signing pertama di bawahnya. Kante sebelum itu menjulang EPL bersama Leicester .

- Kante spanjang musim 2015/16 melakukan  175 tackles (31 more than any other player) and 157 interceptions (15 more than any other player), topping the defensive stats at the end of the 2015–16 Premier League season.

- ketika menyertai Chelsea , “signing a five-year contract with the club, Kanté said: "I am so happy to have signed for one of the biggest clubs in Europe. It’s a dream come true for me."

-musim 2016/17, Kante cemerlang mnjadi engine midfield Chelsea dan dinding pertahanan yg ampuh menjulang formasi 3-4-3 Conte menjulang EPL. Kante turut  dinobat PFA Players' Player of the Year,  FWA Footballer of the Year, and the Premier League Player of the Season. Kanté become the first player since Eric Cantona in 1993 to win back‑to-back top-flight titles in England with two clubs.Kante turut menjadi MOTM tika Chelsea menewaskan Munyet di FINAL FA CUP 2018.

- made the most tackles in Europe's top leagues, in back-to-back seasons (14–15 and 15–16,) Kanté has said he doesn't necessarily enjoy his role but the “satisfaction in recovering a ball, in protecting my team from an opponent’s attack,” is what keeps him going, In five years, in the Premier League, he has yet to receive a red card

- ternyata Michy gagal meraih kepercayaan manager Chelsea stakat ini untuk menjadi 1st Choice striker, musim 1 Michy, Conte menjadikan Michy back up kepada Diego Costa dan Lampard turut menjadikan Michy sbagai 2nd atau 3rd choice beliau.

- namun sebenarnya statistic Michy tidaklah begitu teruk, Michy menjaring dan prolific pada CUP matches sperti FA dan League Cup dimana dia bermain spenuh masa, dan Michy jarang skali bermain sepenuh masa utk Chelsea di EPL.
